FAQ

1. How long will it take to receive my jewelry?

It usually takes about 2-3 weeks to complete your custom piece and get it in the mail to you. (US mail takes anywhere from 2-5 days, International 7-21 days). International customers: we are not responsible for delayed international shipping times or any customs fees that you may incur in your country. (During holidays, these numbers will be slightly higher).

2. What is your jewelry made of?

We use sterling silver, gold filled, rose gold filled, pewter (lead free), copper, brass and some aluminum.

3. Why is my jewelry tarnishing?

Sterling silver, copper & brass does naturally tarnish. You can quickly clean your piece up with the polish pad we sent with your jewelry piece. Store your piece in an airtight container or baggie to keep it from tarnishing so quickly.

4. Is hand stamping the same as engraving?

It is not. Hand stamping is the art of taking a steel stamp with a letter at the bottom and then I stamp each letter individually onto the metal. So each piece we make is different. This makes it impossible to get all the letters perfectly straight. The imperfection adds to the charm of your own piece. Your piece will not be the same as the one you see in the photos on our site.

5. Can I have something stamped on the back of a piece?

We do not stamp on the backs of charms, unless the listing states that we can.

6. Can you send me a photo of my custom piece?

Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to send you a photo before your piece ships. This gives us more time to get our orders out quickly.
